Session Three: Shifting Patterns – Through intention setting & visualization!

Our lives are busy. We are inundated with stimulation and yet despite the busyness we can feel alone and separate from the world. Feelings such as overwhelm, anxiety, irritability and sadness are often indications that we are out of alignment with our own innate wisdom.

What to Expect: 

We often fall into familiar patterns of being, that are not always healthy for us. Developing our ability to notice where our attention is and then creating a healthier pattern through intention setting, allows us to move through challenging moments with grace, gratitude and patience.

Focusing attention, Inquiry, and Setting intention with visualization.

Each session will include guided meditation practice and discussion.

No experience necessary. One of the most powerful ways to live a more joyful and purposeful life – we break open instead of breaking down.
